iTunes software is illegal, the Consumer Ombudsman in Norway has

AP is reporting that Digital Music Group has entered into a three year agreement with Apple to sell their video content through iTunes. Among the shows that they own are episodes of I Spy, My Favorite Martians and Sam Kinison Comedy Specials.

Slate has a piece on the music available in iTunes Japan and how people outside Japan are able to get around restrictions that limit purchases to people who live there.
